Which rental length fits my job?

Jeremy Rental Works has 2 rental lengths. An event or short-term rental is one flat price for up to 7 days, with no hourly rate. A long-term rental bills every 28 days, includes one service visit each week and renews until you call for pickup. Same-day emergency delivery uses either plan.

Which unit is wrong for my job?

The wrong unit costs more or fails on the day. A restroom trailer is wrong where there is no power and no tow path. A deluxe unit is wrong for a rough jobsite or a crowd of 500. A standard unit is wrong for a wheelchair user, and an accessible unit is wrong behind a 4-foot gate.

  • Backyard behind a fence: standard or deluxe units fit a 48-inch gate. Accessible units, cabins and trailers do not.
  • No power on site: skip the trailer or add a generator. A VIP cabin needs no hookups.
  • Food served: standard units alone are not enough. Add hand wash stations or pick sink units.
  • Public event: trailers have steps, so add at least 1 wheelchair-accessible unit.
  • Crew that moves daily: a fixed unit gets left behind. Use a trailer-mounted unit.

Which rental fits my type of job?

Each type of job has its own page with unit picks, servicing plans and rules. Construction and industrial sites follow OSHA counts. Parties, weddings and festivals size by guest count and hours. RV owners and homeowners with plumbing trouble need different help, from tank pump-outs to same-day units.

Can I mix different units at one event?

Mixing units is common and often saves money. A 150-guest wedding might use a 4-stall restroom trailer for guests and a wheelchair-accessible unit near the tent. A cookout might use 3 standard units and 1 hand wash station. Every unit counts toward your total.

The sizing guide gives the total. Then pick the mix that fits your budget, your ground and your guests. Common questions on billing and service are on the rental FAQ page.

Questions about rental options

What is the cheapest porta potty I can rent?

The standard porta potty is the lowest-cost toilet, starting at $175 for an event up to 7 days or $165 per 28-day cycle plus $60 delivery. A hand wash station alone starts at $125. Full rates are on the pricing guide.

Is a week rental cheaper than a monthly rental?

For 7 days or less, the event price is cheaper. Past about a week, the monthly plan wins, since it costs about the same as one event rental and includes weekly service for 28 days.

What's the difference between a porta potty and a restroom trailer?

A porta potty is one small room on the ground with no hookups. A restroom trailer has 2 to 4 stalls with flushing toilets, sinks, lights and AC, and it needs power, water and tow access.

Can I mix different unit types on one order?

One order can combine any units, such as standard toilets, a wheelchair-accessible unit and a hand wash station. Units set at the same stop share one delivery trip. The quote lists each unit's price on its own line, so you can see what each piece costs.

Can I switch to a different unit after booking?

Call or text before the delivery day and we will swap it if that unit is open. After delivery, a swap takes a new trip, which we quote on the call.

Do you pump out porta potties that I own?

We pump and service customer-owned portable toilets and RV holding tanks in the Florence area. Each visit is quoted by phone. See RV and camper service.
