About Jeremy Rental Works and Our Florence Yard
Jeremy Rental Works is a Florence porta potty rental company owned by Jeremy. We quote, deliver, service and pick up every unit ourselves.
Live answer Mon–Sat 7 AM–7 PM. Phone quotes take about 5 minutes.
Who is behind Jeremy Rental Works?
Jeremy Rental Works is owned and run by Jeremy from a yard on Willow Creek Rd in Florence, SC. Jeremy built the business around one idea: the person who answers your call should also control the truck. That keeps quotes honest, delivery days real and problems fixed fast.
We are not a national call center that hands your order to a subcontractor. The units you rent are cleaned in our yard, loaded on our trucks and set in place by our drivers. When something changes, like a septic failure moving your date up, the same office that booked you makes the call.
How do we keep units clean and on time?
Every unit is pumped, pressure-washed, deodorized and restocked in our Florence yard before it goes out. Event units are kept apart from construction units so party guests get the cleaner ones. Routes are planned each morning, and drivers call about 30 minutes before arrival.
- Yard wash. Tank pumped, inside walls and floor washed, seat and urinal sanitized.
- Restock. Toilet paper, hand sanitizer and fresh deodorizer added; sink units filled.
- Check. Door latch, vent stack, lock hasp and roof inspected before loading.
- Service route. Long-term units get the same 5-step service every week on site.
Waste is hauled to permitted treatment facilities, as South Carolina rules require. See how the whole process works in how a porta potty works.
What will we always tell you up front?
Jeremy Rental Works tells every customer 4 things before taking payment: the full itemized price, the delivery day, what servicing is included, and how pickup and billing end. Nothing is added after the call. If we cannot make your date, we say so and suggest the next option.
- Prices are on the pricing guide, so you know the range before you call.
- Policies for changes, damage and cancellations are written in our rental terms.
- Delivery reach and timing for every area is on the service area page.
