What is a VIP porta potty?
A VIP porta potty from Jeremy Rental Works is a single-room white restroom cabin. Inside are a real flushing toilet, a sink, a mirror and an interior light. The cabin carries its own fresh water and waste tanks, so it needs no power cord, no water hose and no sewer line.
Guests walk into what feels like a small bathroom, not a plastic box. The white finish looks right beside a tent, a barn or a front porch.
One person uses it at a time, the same as any porta potty. It is a step up in comfort, not in capacity.

VIP cabin, restroom trailer or deluxe unit?
A VIP cabin sits between a deluxe porta potty and a restroom trailer. The cabin has a real flushing toilet and interior light, but only 1 room. A restroom trailer has 2 to 4 stalls with AC and heat, but needs power, water and tow access. A deluxe unit is the simplest of the 3.
| Deluxe flushing unit | VIP flushing cabin | Restroom trailer | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rooms | 1 | 1 | 2, 3 or 4 stalls |
| Toilet | Foot-pump rinse | Real flushing toilet | Flushing toilet per stall |
| Sink and mirror | Yes | Yes | Yes, in each stall |
| Interior light | Daylight roof | Yes | Yes |
| AC and heat | No | No | Yes |
| Hookups | None | None, tanks built in | 110V power and hose water, or add-ons |
| Site needs | 48-in. gate, level ground | Level, firm ground | 30 ft straight tow access, level ground |
See the restroom trailer page for stall counts, or the deluxe flushing unit for a lower-cost upgrade.
What does the site need for a VIP cabin?
A VIP restroom cabin needs a level, firm spot and a clear path for our crew to set it. Grass, gravel, concrete and asphalt all work if the ground is flat. No outlet, hose or generator is needed, since the cabin is self-contained. Keep it away from septic lids and low wires.
- Choose the flattest spot near the party but out of the main sightline.
- Avoid soft, freshly watered or muddy ground the night before.
- Tell us about gates, fences and turns so we can plan the route in.
- Mark the spot with a cone or flag before the delivery day.

When is a VIP cabin the right call?
A VIP cabin is the right call for a small wedding, a rehearsal dinner, a bridal suite area or a private VIP tent at a larger event. It works best for about 50 guests over a few hours, the same load as one standard unit. Bigger crowds need more cabins or a trailer.
- Home weddings: a cabin for guests and standard units for the band and caterers.
- VIP tents: one cabin for sponsors next to a row of standard units for the crowd.
- Venues with no power: the cabin works where a trailer would need a generator.

VIP restroom cabin questions
What is the price of a VIP flushing cabin?
The VIP flushing restroom cabin starts at $450 for an event up to 7 days, with delivery and pickup. Tax is extra. Long-term cabin rentals are quoted by phone.
Does the VIP cabin need electricity or a water hookup?
The cabin needs neither. It carries its own fresh water and waste tanks, so you only need level, firm ground and a clear path for our crew.
Is the toilet in the VIP cabin a real flushing toilet?
The cabin has a real flushing toilet, plus a sink, a mirror and an interior light. Waste flushes into the cabin's own holding tank, which we empty at pickup or at a service visit.
Can a VIP cabin be serviced during a long event?
Event cabins are not serviced during the rental unless you add a visit. An extra service visit starts at $65 and covers pump-out, cleaning, restock and fresh water.
Should I rent a VIP cabin or a 2-stall restroom trailer for a wedding?
Under about 50 guests with no power at the site, a cabin is simpler and starts at $450. For 75 to 100 guests, or if you want AC, a 2-stall trailer starts at $1,150 for a weekend and needs power and water or our add-ons.
