Deluxe Porta Potty Rental in Florence: Sink and Flushing Units

A deluxe porta potty rental in Florence puts a foot-pump sink inside the unit, and the flushing model also rinses the bowl, so guests never see a tank.

What is the difference between deluxe and deluxe flushing?

Our deluxe porta potty comes in 2 versions. The sink-only deluxe adds a foot-pump sink, soap, paper towels and a mirror to a standard-size unit. The deluxe flushing unit has all of that plus a foot-pump flush that rinses the bowl, so the next guest sees a clean bowl.

Does a porta potty with a sink need a water hookup?

A deluxe porta potty needs no water hookup and no power. The sink draws from a built-in fresh water tank of about 15 gallons, filled at our yard before delivery. A foot pump pushes water to the faucet, so guests never touch a handle. Used water drains into the waste tank.

That means you can put a flushing porta potty with a sink in a pasture, a church lawn or a field at the edge of town. You only need level, firm ground and the same 48-inch gate as a standard unit.

On monthly rentals, the weekly service refills the fresh water and restocks soap and towels.

How does the foot-pump flush work?

The deluxe flushing unit uses a foot pedal on the floor. One press sends fresh water from the 15-gallon tank around the bowl and rinses it into the waste tank below. Nothing plugs in. Guests see a rinsed bowl instead of an open tank, which matters most at weddings.

The flush and the sink share the same fresh water. Busy events use water faster, so we size the order with that in mind.

When is a deluxe unit the wrong choice?

A deluxe unit is the wrong choice for rough jobsites, large festivals and long events with heavy use. About 15 gallons of fresh water can run out before the day ends at a busy event. On a construction site, foot pumps and mirrors take a beating that a standard unit handles better.

  • Big crowds: use standard units plus hand wash stations, which hold about 30 gallons each.
  • Crews: use jobsite units with a wash station if your work needs one.
  • Wheelchair users: a deluxe unit has a step and a narrow door. Add a wheelchair-accessible unit.
  • Very formal events: a restroom trailer has stalls, lights and AC.

Deluxe unit or a standard plus a hand wash station?

A deluxe unit puts the sink inside, so guests wash in private. A standard unit plus a separate hand wash station puts 2 sinks outside, where 2 people wash at once and food servers can use them too. With 3 or more toilets, one shared station usually costs less than all-deluxe.

For a small backyard party with 1 toilet, deluxe is simpler. For a cookout with food and 3 toilets, standard units and one station work better. The price math is in the questions below, and every rate is on the pricing guide.

Deluxe and flushing porta potty questions

How much does a deluxe porta potty with a sink cost?

A deluxe unit with a sink starts at $250 for an event up to 7 days. On a monthly plan it starts at $235 per 28-day cycle plus a one-time $60 delivery, with weekly service and water refills included.

What does a flushing porta potty with a sink cost in Florence?

A deluxe flushing unit with a sink starts at $325 for an event, delivery and pickup included. Monthly, it starts at $295 per 28-day cycle plus $60 delivery. Tax is extra.

Which is cheaper, a deluxe unit or a standard unit plus a hand wash station?

For 1 toilet, deluxe is cheaper: from $250, versus $175 for a standard plus $125 for a station. For 3 toilets the station wins: 3 standards and 1 station start at $650, while 3 deluxe units start at $750.

If the deluxe unit doesn't flush, will guests see the tank?

In the sink-only deluxe, the seat opens to the tank like a standard unit. Deodorizer keeps the view and smell down. If that matters for your guests, pick the deluxe flushing unit, which rinses the bowl with each pedal press.

Is the sink inside the unit or a separate station?

In a deluxe unit the sink is inside, on the wall across from the seat. A hand wash station is a separate stand outside with 2 sinks on opposite sides.

What happens if the deluxe sink runs out of water during my event?

The toilet still works; the sink and flush stop. For long or busy events, add a service visit from $65 for a refill and restock, or add a hand wash station.
